Refund and Credit Policy

In-person classes only:

1. Tuition is fully refundable for any class (less a $75 cancellation fee) two weeks prior to the start date. 
2. Classes will not be prorated if missed.
3. If your child signed up for in-person classes and cannot participate in online classes, we will credit your account for a future in-person class.
4. If we enter another state lockdown mandate, all in person classes will continue online and we will refund you the online prorated difference.
    

Online classes only:

1. Tuition is fully refundable for any class (less a $75 cancellation fee) two weeks prior to the start date. 
2. No refunds will be given for any reason after class begins.

Backyard Friends Policies

1. Tuition is fully refundable for any class (less a $75 cancellation fee) two weeks prior to the start date. 
2. If we enter another state lockdown mandate, all in person classes will continue online and we will refund you the online prorated difference. 
3. No makeups offered.
4. If your child signed up for in-person classes and cannot participate in online classes, we will credit your account for a future in-person class.
5. Classes will not be prorated if missed.
6. Due to inclement weather, a garage space or covered porch large enough for social distancing must be available to hold class, otherwise class will be held on Zoom.
7. If a class is moved into a garage or other covered space, masks must be worn at all times.

Make-Up Policy (Excluding Backyard Friends)

All make-up classes (limited to 2) must be taken within the current term. Star Kidz does not reschedule classes that are canceled due to inclement weather. However, parents may call to schedule a make-up class for their child in any age-appropriate class (subject to space availability and Star Kidz approval). Tuition will not be reduced for missed classes.

We are unable to offer make-up classes in locations where classes are only offered one day a week.

Classroom Policies

Students should wear comfortable clothes and should make every effort to ensure that students use bathroom facilities prior to the start of class.

Behavioral Policies

Please adhere to the following rules: No running; no touching of property and must wait in designated waiting area. Additionally, voices must be kept low while classes are in session.

Star Kidz reserves the right to dismiss a student, without refund, whose conduct or influence, in the opinion of our Directors, is not in the best interest of the program or the other students in class.

Sick Policies

Consistent with school policies, we require that all Star Kidz students be stomach bug/fever-free for at least 24 hours before attending class.
